		<description>Prior to Bbworld, Bb9 was something we might glance at using eventually. I wasn&#039;t concerned. The conference made me realize:
1) Vista is dead. Was dead months prior. 
2) The only way to survive as a project is to look at Bb9 ASAP and start the migration when we can. If that means waiting for BbX, then so be it. 

My project is 8 months into an 18 month migration project to Vista 4.x (4.3 aka 8). That doesn&#039;t include the first attempt abandoned after hitting a major performance issue and efforts learning about 4.x in the year after that. So all this sweat to roll out a dead product.
